“Just fantastic” Norway Reviewed 16 November 2011 We, a family of 4 with children 8 & 12, just love to visit George & Irene at Paros. This was the 4 year we stayed at Kontaratos Houses, and we will come back again soon. You can't find anything cleaner and more friendly than this. The cosy apartments in the old city with the narrow streets, aircondition "everywhere", the apartments on the other side of town nice and quiet with George and his family to make your holiday perfect. Our kids love Paros and George & Irene, and keeps asking when we are going to visit them again. Perfect for familys with children. Stayed June 2011

“Greek hospitality and great location in one!” Reviewed September 22, 2011 Me and my boyfriend (28-32 y.o.) visited Paros for 5 days and stayed at this place.The rooms where really comfortable and clean, in typical cycladic architecture cause they re right beside the traditional old area , 3 min from the market, bars, restaurants and 10 min. from the port.It s the perfect location if you want to party and go straight to the room! 2011,08/30 & 08/26 •Traveling with us since 2011 •Munich, Germany A great value for money! We paid 50 euros for a double room and, since it has a full kitchen, we could cook our own food and save money on restaurants. Plus, this place is in the middle of Paroikia, and 10 minutes walking from the beach. Giorgos and his wife even got us an iron when we needed it because there wasn't one in the room. They also picked us up from the port when we arrived and took us back when we were leaving. Overall, a great place to stay in Paros! Stayed August 2011, traveled as a couple |

Reviewed September 4, 2011 Situé dans une autre maison, dans un coin très calme et proche de la plage et des coins les plus sympas de Parikia, Irène et George m'ont extrêmement bien reçu, ils se mettent en quatre pour vous, des amours. j'y retournerai certainement. appartement très propre et bien situé, calme, tarif plus que raisonnable car voyage en solo. The studio was nice and fully eqquiped. Everything was clean and Yiorgos (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. I believe that we got more than we payed for. “George and Paros made our trip to Greece!” Stayed June 2011, traveled with family - USA George was kind and responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. He even moved us to a bigger place when we realized we needed more space. It was low season so he gave us a discount for the larger apartment. The sheets and towels provided were clean and fresh daily if wanted. He helped us with a rental car and gave us apricots from his trees. We liked him and his family very much. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a brand new lovely bathroom outside on a patio off our room. His apartments are with in walking distance to the beach and an internet cafe...which we needed he doesn't have access to the web. He will take care of any requests you have in hopes of you loving Greece:) Oh and he even picked us up from the port...as well as asisting us in renting a car. If your looking to stay in a neighbor hood and feel like you live on the island you would enjoy his place. There are places with pools and bars and on sight cafe's but we liked cooking for ourselves:) |

Αν και η ξεκούραση δεν ήταν ο κύριος στόχος των διακοπών μας,ο ευρύχωρος χώρος και το ευχάριστο περιβάλλον του δωματίου ήταν ιδανικό για την διατήρηση της καλής διάθεσης. Cela fait dix ans,que nous venons à Paros chez Georges et Irène et nous sommes toujours ravis .Georges et Irène sont des gens charmants et très acceuillants. Ils ne font pas les descentes de ferrys.Leur meilleure publicite est le bouche a oreille. Le rapport qualité prix est plus que satisfaisant.Les chambres sont confortables et très bien situées.Ideal pour des familles ou pour des amis. Elles sont propres et possèdent la climatisation.Si vous restez plusieurs jours, le ménage est fait et les draps sont changés. Ils ont eu la surprise d'être cités par un guide de voyage scandinave et ils le méritent amplement, ils sont mentionnes dans d autres guides egalement Leur visiteur surprise mentionnant leur gentillesse et le confort de leurs chambres. The stay was amazing and the apartments were perfect, everything we could have wanted. In fact we were only suppose to stay 3 nights but we liked it so much that we stayed for 5 nights! We highly recommend Kontaratos Houses for all visitors to Paros. Centrally located and brilliant service, with a genuin concern for their guests. This is truly greek hospitality on its best. Nous avons séjourné 1 mois dans 2 appartements distincts et tout est impeccable: propreté, rangement...Situés dans des rues très calmes (piétonnes) et près des marchés. George et Irène sont très serviables et nous aident si on a un problème. Rapport qualité-prix très intéressant. Une excellente adresse à conserver et c'est certain...nous y reviendrons. grazie George e Irene ! abbiamo passato 10 giorni a paros meravigliosi. le camere sono ordinate e pulite, hanno angolo cottura, zanzariera e condizionatore. La casa vicino alla spiaggia di Livadia θ in una zona tranquilla e in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alla stazione degli autobus e al porto. sempre lμ vicino ci sono degli ottimi locali dove andare a mangiare. George vi verrΰ a prendere al porto e vi lascerΰ il suo numero di cellulare per qualsiasi emergenza ma lo potrete sempre trovare al negozio. Irene passa tutti i giorni per le pulizie e cambia la biancheria ogni due giorni lasciando sempre tanti asciugamani. consigliamo a tutti di contattare la famiglia Kontaratos, grazie della vostra ospitalitΰ e gentilezza, un caro saluto dall' Italia. Moi et mes amis avons passé 1 semaine du 14 au 21 aout 2010, sous le soleil de Paros! La ville de Paros est vraiment bien, très animé de jour comme de nuit! Possibilité également de se détendre sur la plage magnifique, mais aussi de visiter l'île en scooter ou voiture à bon prix! L'appartement est vraiment bien, bon rapport qualité /prix, très propre et refait à neuf, les propriétaires George et Irène sont aussi très sympa et vous aideront pour tout! Très bonne adresse à conseiller, l'appartement et aussi très proche de tout, plage, supermarché, restaurant et bars! Au mois d'aout la vie nocture est aussi très animée. We were touring a few islands in the Greece, for two weeks this august .we stayed for four days with george & Irene studio appartment in Paros .It was situated perfectly for our needs. the appartment was spotless and maintained very very well, it was a wonderful experience .We found george & Irene so friendly, welcoming and anytime of the day or night they were smiling and most helpful, we will return to Paros again someday, this time we will stay longer .
